Stephanie Kelson has been a top stylist in the Twin Cities hair industry since graduating from Aveda Institute in 1996. In 2007, she and her husband Jonny designed and opened the award-winning and highly respected Mezzanine Salon, a collaborative, creative space where they served a diverse clientele for thirteen years.

Now, Stephanie realizes her vision for Gilda, a boutique hair atelier where she brings her expertise in cuts, colors, and styles for all hair textures. In addition to her initial study at Aveda, Stephanie has trained with leading and innovative hair studios such as Kérastase, Bumble & Bumble, Shu Uemera, and R&Co.

Stephanie’s passion for classic cinema, fine art, and world travel inspire the timeless and innovative styles she crafts for her devotees and new clients alike. From sleek bobs to curls of all kinds, Stephanie’s love for the art of hairdressing expresses itself in each client’s experience.
